Encore Ground School Confirmed

Talked to the WestJet recruiter yesterday and I was officially offered the position of First Officer on the Q400 based in Calgary. I accepted and was able to immediately get a drug and alcohol test done in Grand Prairie, where I had been on a long ground sit.

Ground School classes start on Monday, July 8th at the WestJet campus in Calgary. I’ll be back staying with my uncle for the duration of training and I’ll be riding back and forth on WestJet for weekends with at home with the family.

So it’s back to school and I’m so excited to get the brain working hard again and learning this awesome new aircraft.

Now the adventures begin!
