Enjoying The View

During today’s flight, I took some advice from a friend and fellow pilot, who reminded me that in the midst of the crazy training schedule it’s important to just sit back and enjoyed the view. As you can see today’s view was well worth it as we took off to the backdrop of a beautiful sunrise.

Today marks flight #8 in 8 days and I have decided to request a day off of flying tomorrow to catch my breath and get caught up on ground school materials. I might also try to sneak in some pool time with the family too so I don’t start to lose contact with them.

Now it’s time for another coffee after the 3 am wake up call and back to the books for a few hours and then a nap to keep enough steam through the day.
